  3. Recipe from: Somewhere on the web.

  5. I have the recipe for the gravy that goes with it,
  6. I just cant find it right now. Will post when found.
  7. It's also good without the gravy though.

  10. Stir fry gently in a small amount of olive oil: 
  11. 3 chopped green onions (white and green parts)
  12. 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery 
  13. 1/3 cup sliced bamboo shoots
  14.  
  15. Beat well: 6 eggs, salt and pepper
  16.  
  17. Add vegetables to beaten eggs and stir.
  18.  
  19. Cook in well oiled wok or pan to form an omelet. 
  20.  
  21. Serve with Soy Sauce. 
  22.  
  23. Serves 4. 
  24.  
  25. Each Serving - 3g carbs, 1g fiber
